Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions
Clients are to give Lillian 24 hours notice if they cannot make a reserved appointment so she can schedule an alternate client. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, clients will be charged 100% of their session.
Group Classes
Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a client fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy. After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, they will be charged for each class they no-show without notification. Cancellations can be made by emailing the Lillian. Please be considerate of your fellow RIM friends by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.
Inclement Weather Policy
Incase we are experiencing poor weather conditions we will decide to close our doors by following the Summit County School District weather cancellation policy.
