In your 45 minute Gyrotonic Introductory Private session, you will discuss your goals, any injuries or surgeries you have had, and the other types of fitness you incorporate into your life. • Yes. Rehabilitation is Lillians specialty. She has assisted customers with rebuilding strength, flexibility and movement after knee replacements, hip replacements and surgeries. If you have been working with a doctor or physical therapist, it is best to get their permission before starting a Gyrotonic and/or Personal Training Program. Lillian likes to work as a team with your health care providers and seek their recommendations for your individualized program. Feel free to bring any helpful materials that you would like to share.

  • Yes. Gyrotonic is wonderful for Pre/Post Pregnancy, as it is a gentle, low-impact way to support your body, pelvis, abdominal muscles and can assist in strengthening and stretching the muscles you need for delivery and a quicker recovery. Lillian has had clients do Gyrotonic up to their due date and have returned to Gyrotonic 3-8 weeks after delivery depending on the type of birth.

  • Yes. There are plenty of exercises that children can learn and benefit from while being guided through a “playful” approach through the Gyrotonic Fundamentals of breath work and movement exercises. Lillian has found that most children under the age of 9 have a harder time “fitting” on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower, however there are many ways to adjust for height and weight in order to work through the exercises safely and properly.

If there is a child interested under the age of 16, Lillian requires a parent or guardian to be present for their entire Introductory session. She likes to discuss with both the child and parent what they will be doing in the session as well as understanding more of what they would like to gain or learn from during their time.

  • For Private Sessions:
Clients are to give Lillian 24 hours notice if they cannot make a reserved appointment so she can schedule an alternate client.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged 50% of their session.
If there is a no-show for a scheduled appointment,
clients will be charged 100% of their session.

    For Group Classes:
Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a client fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy.
After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, they will be charged
