  • Suitable for the beginner teen/adult as well as more advanced students looking to work on expression within basic moves, this class is taught with advanced sequencing as well as modifications for less experienced students.

    Let your walls down, find your inner ballet beast, learn how to coordinate your bones in a new way and sweat the day away to some fun music!

  • This class is designed for 50+ adults looking to increase and strengthen their range of motion, alignment and balance and reduce tension and pain in the body within a safe and functional manner.

    The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic and flowing sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.

    The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced on a mat and chair without equipment. Without the feedback and guidance of equipment, participants in a Gyrokinesis class are more dependent on their own proprioception to explore movement patterns.

  • This class offers a fusion of Gyrokinesis, Pilates and deep stretching exercises. We will take time to breathe, find balance and move freely with our bodies. Intentionally moving at a slower pace and focusing on elongated stretching postures.

  • Wanna sweat? You will leave this class feeling detoxified and rejuvenated! This class is a mixture of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio exercises, Pilates strength and balance work and mindful strength training with the use of props. Dumbbells (2-15lbs) and various resistance bands are provided to use as we practice in a safe and low-impact fashion. We will work on getting our heart pumping and our muscles sculpted!

    Modifications are cued throughout the entire class. There is absolute freedom to move at your own pace!

  • This class is made up of five to six intentional stretching postures that are supported by props. Holding these stretches will allow you to completely relax into the given pose for up to 3-8 minutes in length. This class is intended to help restore the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, helps the body rest, heal, and bring back balance.

    You will be led in a dimly lit room, that allows for full body relaxation and peace of mind. Wear something warm and cozy and get ready to float into tranquility and yawn the body away!

What To Know Before You Arrive…

  • Please reserve your spot at least one hour prior to scheduled class time (spots fill up quickly). Sign up closes one hour prior to class time. To reserve text Lillian at (573)-253-6988.

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early if you are a new visitor to fill out paperwork.

  • Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated!

  • For “Rest + Restore” class… please situate yourself quietly as you enter and leave the space.

Cancellations for Group Classes

  • Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a client fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy. After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, they will be charged for each class they no-show without notification. Cancellations can be made by texting or emailing Lillian. Please be considerate of your fellow RIM friends by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.
