Fist of all… personal training is for YOU and you alone! Therefore, we will address your desires, mindset, blockages, fears and the goals you have!

It doesn’t matter where you might land on the scale of experience... anyone can gain something from personal training and most importantly you get to work at the level you feel safe and strong in (with of course a healthy motivational boost by your trainer)!

After you complete a consultation, you will step into a carefully crafted personal training/wellness program that will target the desires and goals you have. I will meet you where you’re at. Be present and trust the process. It takes patience and consistency to get to the goal!

Everyone’s needs, challenges and intentions are different… What I offer in private sessions are a mixture of breath work, stretching, and whole body conditioning exercises, incorporating methods such as HIIT/Cardio (high intensity interval training/low-impact cardio), Pilates (strength, balance, tone), Gyrokinesis (breath work, lengthening, calming nervous system) and mindful Strength Training (functional and safe). Within each session you will take your body to the next level using various props provided and catered to your specific needs (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.).

ONLINE - PERSONAL TRAINING

Online sessions will be conducted on Zoom, and will primarily be performed on stools/chairs and yoga mats. If additional props are required, you will be notified prior to your scheduled session.
